We rented three motor homes for our three week family South Island trip. They completely exceeded expectations! Super comfortable and easy to drive. Everything was thought of from towels to kitchenware to storage. Chae and Annelese went the extra mile and were also extremely responsive and helpful throughout the trip. They responded immediately when anything came up, and sent us weather warnings that would affect our trip. We couldn’t of asked for a more seamless experience. We also rented bikes which we used almost daily (we did get lucky with the weather!). Would definitely use roam again !

We took our two boys aged 3 and 5 to the South Island for two weeks, and it was perfect - Anneliese was friendly and accomodating and nothing was too much trouble. We chose a model with two single beds for the kids, and they included car seats for us, a bed Barrier for our youngest, and a little treat when we picked up. Couldn’t recommend more. So supportive of problems arose, we had a small dash light out and their response team were into a solution straight away. The camper was 5 star all the way and especially warm in the winter south and quiet to boot. The motorhome was amazing and everyone remarked on it as so stylish. No logos so fit in, they helped with best places to visit to being on hand with any questions as new to campers. From the booking experience to the very end of the journey Chae was extremely helpful not only making sure we had the best motorhome for our needs, but also suggested a great itinerary to maximise our time. We were able to add on certain packages that really help us enjoy the holiday. The Roam motorhomes are not your average campervan they are literally a luxury hotel room on wheels!
